Job Duties
- Ensures adequate daily coverage provided for meal service by coordinating with leadership
- assists with team training and instructing on food service policies and procedures
- attends staff meetings as required
- directs resident, family, and guest feedback to community leadership
- ensures all server pre-service and post-service work is completed
- assigns sections and tables to service staff
- oversees cleaning and preparation of dining room and tables
- resets tables, linens, and maintains condiments
- ensures drink stations or salad bars are set according to policies
- takes meal orders and ensures excellent customer service
- keeps drinks filled per requests
- serves and supervises service to meet guest preferences
- manages guest reservations and private dining room setup
- completes cleaning checklists per community policies
- sets up and delivers room trays as needed
- maintains confidentiality and resident rights
- maintains professional appearance and demeanor
- promotes positive customer service and integrity
- performs other duties as assigned
