- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year experience in hospitality or senior living preferred
- ability to work flexible part-time shifts
- effective communication skills in English
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
- clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
- communicate effectively with residents and staff both verbally and in writing
- demonstrate good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
- adhere to company policies and health regulations
- assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas
- provide excellent customer service ensuring residents’ satisfaction
