Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of serving experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language
- Sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms to use kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push and pull continuously without extended sitting
- Ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Enhance overall dining experience for residents, family members and guests
- Assist in delivery of culinary activities for all dining venues including Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations memory care and Club Room
- Serve during special events and private functions
- Provide service in The Sterling Touch professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and timely manner
- Work under guidance of Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor
- Adhere to community standards, processes, procedures and philosophies
- Ensure high level of satisfaction for residents and guests
