Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- ability to maintain positive working relationships with residents their families peers and other staff members
- one year of server experience experience serving seniors preferred
- experience with point-of-sale system preferred

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding customer experience for residents and their loved ones as well as other visitors to the community
- maintain professional appearance at all times
- ensure that residents are comfortable engaged and catered to in the dining rooms
- complete all side work assignments in between meal periods
- perform weekly inventory of dining room wares and supplies and request additional supplies as needed
- take orders from residents and guests and enter in the point-of-sale system
- follow all Inspir service standards as described in the departmental manual
