Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of serving experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language
- Sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull continuously without sitting for long periods
- Ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Enhance the dining experience for residents, family members, and guests
- Assist in the delivery of culinary activities across all dining venues including Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations memory care, and Club Room
- Provide professional, friendly, courteous, helpful, and timely service adhering to The Sterling Touch standards
- Support special events and private functions with exemplary service
- Work under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive and personalized service
- Ensure compliance with community standards, processes, procedures, and philosophies
