Job Requirements
- must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- ability to read, write and understand english
- ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push and pull continuously without sitting for extended periods
- ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds
- sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms to use kitchen equipment and utensils
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- one year of serving experience preferred

Job Duties
- enhance the overall dining experience for residents, family members and guests
- assist in delivery of culinary activities across all dining venues including Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations memory care and Club Room
- support special events and private functions
- deliver service in The Sterling Touch professional, friendly, courteous and timely manner
- follow community standards, processes, procedures and philosophies
- communicate effectively with residents and team members
- maintain cleanliness and order in dining areas
