Job Requirements

must be 16 years of age or older
availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
ability to provide excellent customer service
basic proficiency with tablet software for taking orders
physical capability to set and clear tables
strong communication skills
ability to work collaboratively with team members

mornings/afternoons/evening and weekends required

Job Duties

provide excellent customer service to our residents as they are picking up their meals or dining in our Bistro or fine dining restaurants
assist in the packaging of to-go meals for residents
take meal orders for residents and their guests using the software on our tablets
set and clear tables
complete opening and closing side work such as rolling utensils and cleaning silverware and glassware
provide full table service to residents
maintain close relationship with Dining Room Managers and Host/Hostesses to ensure resident satisfaction and smooth operations
