Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old unless providing schoolwork authorization
- Ability to work Sunday to Thursday 4 pm to 7 pm
- Willingness to pick up additional shifts
- Basic proficiency with point of sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow food handling and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- A big smile and eagerness to learn
- Compassion for residents
- Proper schoolwork authorization if under 18
- Server must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card
- Strong customer service presentation
Job Duties
- Direct residents to their tables
- Present menus
- Suggest dishes and assist in drink selection
- Communicate specific resident orders using point of sale system
- Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community
