Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of serving experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand English language
- Manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work no sitting for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Enhance the overall dining experience for residents, family members and guests
- Assist in the delivery of culinary activities across all dining venues including Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations memory care and Club Room
- Participate in special events and private functions
- Provide service in The Sterling Touch professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and timely manner
- Adhere to community standards, processes, procedures, practices, and philosophies
- Communicate effectively with Executive Chef, Dining Room Supervisor, residents, and guests
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
