Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with courtesy and professionalism
- take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen
- provide menu knowledge, suggestions, and answer customer inquiries
- ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow
- monitor and respond to guest needs throughout their dining experience
- process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and server stations
- assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service
- uphold a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times
