Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to read write speak and follow written and oral directions in English
- Experience desirable but not required
- Must complete 14 days of training in dining room and with Pinnacle Point of Sale system
- Ability to work in a formal dining environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to the job role

Job Duties
- Serves meals to residents and guests according to established rules of etiquette working in a formal setting
- Gives the resident guest recommendations on which food items are best sellers and answers questions regarding food preparation
- Takes meal drink orders and delivers the order to the table using proper dining room etiquette
- Enters orders into the Pinnacle Point of Sale system
- Participates in bussing and resetting of assigned tables
- Ensures all the residents guests needs are met including plates utensils glasses napkins beverages refilled and other requests as much as the server can
- Maintains specific side work and ensures the total cleanliness and smooth operation of designated station
