Job Requirements

Must be able to read, write, speak and follow written and oral directions in English
Must complete 14 days of training in Dining Room and with Pinnacle Point of Sale system
Ability to provide attentive and courteous service
Basic understanding of dining room etiquette
Willingness to engage with residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Job Qualifications

Must complete 14 days of training in Dining Room and with Pinnacle Point of Sale system

Job Duties

Serves meals to residents and guests according to established rules of etiquette working in a formal setting
Gives residents and guests recommendations on best selling food items and answers questions about food preparation
Takes meal and drink orders and delivers the order to the table using proper dining room etiquette
Enters orders into the Pinnacle Point of Sale System
Participates in bussing and resetting assigned tables
Ensures all residents and guests needs are met including refilling beverages and satisfying other requests
Maintains specific side work and ensures cleanliness and smooth operation of assigned station
