Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Prior experience in serving or waitstaff roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Flexibility to work part-time hours
- Compassionate and dependable work ethic

- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Good communication skills with both coworkers and residents
- Flexible, compassionate, and reliable
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus
- Eagerness to learn and make a difference
Job Duties
- Take care of residents' meal requests during mealtimes
- Set up the dining room before meals and help clean up afterward
- Keep the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea stocked and ready for residents
- Make sure there are always enough clean utensils, cups, and glasses available
- Pitch in with any other tasks as needed to help the team and support our residents
