Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems efficiently

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service that leaves guests feeling valued and cared for
- Be well-versed in all areas of our food, beverages, and steps of service to confidently make recommendations and answer questions
- Use our Toast point-of-sale system efficiently to take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests by being detail-oriented and organized
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow, including assisting in other areas as needed
- Address guest feedback with a positive attitude, working to turn challenges into opportunities for exceptional service
