Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role preferred
- Must demonstrate ability to read and comprehend Club Menu
- Must be able to carry drinks on a tray
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must maintain excellent attendance and availability to work scheduled events
- Possess valid food handling certificate and, if applicable, alcohol service permit
- Must be 18 years or older

- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as related to cash/credit transactions and cash reconciliation
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to read and comprehend Club Menu when directing to service a guest event or in setting up guest events
- Serve table side meals to guests or replenish food to the buffet line if needed
- Serve beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages and check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement
- Carry drinks on a tray
- Record a guest's order and input them into a POS System
- Observe guests to respond to any additional requests and determine when the meal has been completed
- Refill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiments and napkins
- Replace tableware and linens as necessary
- Set up banquet functions including linens, dishware, glassware and silverware if needed
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
- Meet the company standard for excellent attendance
- Perform additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or management for the successful outcome of an event or customer service situation
