Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent food service experience
  • Must be at least 19 years old
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high volume environments
  • Must acquire and maintain Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Awareness Certification
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with team and guests
  • Willingness to work peak periods and flexible shifts
  • Commitment to maintain professional appearance and conduct

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high volume environment preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED, or related Food Service Job Experience
  • Must acquire and maintain Food Handlers Card
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification and other compliance trainings required
  • Ability to work in team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Effective communication skills with employees, co-workers, management and guests
  • Must be 19 years or older

Job Duties

  • Assist catering department as needed including cocktail server and banquet server roles
  • Maintain knowledge of menu and special items
  • Provide quick, attentive, friendly and professional service to banquet guests
  • Ensure food items are served at proper temperature and immediately upon availability
  • Ensure neat presentation of all ordered items with no spill-over
  • Pre-bus and bus tables during peak periods
  • Maintain availability during peak periods
  • Stock beverage stations with ice, juices, glassware, sugar packets, and other supplies
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and requests
  • Maintain professional and clean appearance
  • Communicate effectively with wait staff, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff
  • Build and maintain knowledge of bar offerings to accurately answer patron questions
