Job Requirements

  • Must acquire and maintain a Food Handlers Card
  • must acquire and maintain Alcohol Awareness Certification
  • must complete other required compliance trainings
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including peak periods
  • ability to maintain professional appearance

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment preferred
  • high school diploma, GED, or related food service job experience
  • ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • ability to communicate clearly with employees, co-workers, management staff and guests in a respectful manner

Job Duties

  • Maintains knowledge of the menu and special items offered
  • provides quick, attentive, friendly and professional service to guests
  • ensures food items are served at proper temperature and immediately upon availability
  • ensures neat presentation of all ordered items with no spill-over
  • pre-buses party areas and full buses during peak periods
  • maintains availability to work during many peak periods
  • stocks beverage station when necessary
  • maintains high responsiveness to customer desires and requests
  • maintains a professional and clean appearance
  • communicates with wait staff, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to improve coordination
  • builds and maintains knowledge regarding bar and food menu offerings
  • performs all other tasks as assigned by management
