- two years serving experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- must be able to meet state age (21 years) requirements for handling alcohol

Job Duties
- Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating
- describes specials of the day to guests
- answers questions regarding menu items and offers suggestions
- takes food and beverage orders and delivers promptly
- follows-up with guests to ensure satisfaction
- participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
- maintains organized workstation and completes side work duties
- handles checks and cash transactions
- utilizes Point of Sales System
- follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders
- adheres to greeting and service standards
- practices tray service for food and beverage
- incorporates safe work practices
- performs other duties as required
