Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of relevant experience in hospitality or senior living preferred
- ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
- strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- willingness to work flexible schedule including AM and PM shifts
- ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety protocols
- ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality full-service or senior living preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
- basic food safety knowledge
- customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including AM and PM
- ability to collaborate with team members and adapt to a dynamic environment
Job Duties
- prepare and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
- clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
- communicate effectively in English with residents and staff both verbally and in writing
- demonstrate good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
- ensure adherence to health and safety standards in food service
- assist in setting up dining areas and replenishing supplies
- provide friendly and attentive customer service to residents
