Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of relevant experience in hospitality or senior living preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
  • strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • willingness to work flexible schedule including AM and PM shifts
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety protocols
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality full-service or senior living preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
  • good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
  • basic food safety knowledge
  • customer service skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including AM and PM
  • ability to collaborate with team members and adapt to a dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
  • clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
  • communicate effectively in English with residents and staff both verbally and in writing
  • demonstrate good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
  • ensure adherence to health and safety standards in food service
  • assist in setting up dining areas and replenishing supplies
  • provide friendly and attentive customer service to residents
