Job Requirements
- Must have and maintain current Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications
- able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to move, lift, carry, push, pull moderately weighted objects
- able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
- prior experience in serving and cash handling preferred
- maintain regular attendance to company standards
- maintain personal appearance and grooming standards
- agree and adhere to compensation acknowledgment and tip reporting guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior serving and cash handling experience preferred
- current Texas Food Handlers certification
- current TABC certification
- ability to communicate clearly in English verbally and in writing
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
- familiarity with MICROS system preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- provide outstanding service to members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- maintain full familiarity with menus and beverage offerings including wine service
- complete station set-up and breakdown and side work
- maintain tabletop items and fold napkins according to standards
- polish and clean water glassware during shifts
- ensure salt, pepper, and sugar caddies are full
- take food and beverage orders and upsell when possible
- bus tables and dust as needed
- greet members and guests pleasantly using surnames when obtained
- send orders using MICROS system
- communicate food requirements and allergies with culinary team
- alert manager of guest suggestions, complaints or issues
- present accurate check and process payment
- maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- assist in orientation and training of new associates
- assist with seating and answering phone calls
- cross-train in other food and beverage outlets
- maintain knowledge of the resort property
- attend department meetings and trainings
- perform other duties as assigned by manager
- adhere to compensation and tip reporting guidelines

- move and lift moderately weighted objects
- work in fast-paced environment
