Job Duties
- Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with energy and top-tier service mindset
- Deliver food and beverages throughout the venue, including multiple bars and event spaces
- Drive sales by upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement
- Understand daily goals and challenges and collaborate with the team to achieve them
- Maintain the venue in a well-stocked and impressive condition
- Adhere to all safety and compliance procedures to ensure guest and teammate safety
- Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond in service
