Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- capacity to handle fast-paced work environment
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- prior experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred
- ability to memorize and recall menu items and beverage details
- capable of working in fast-paced team settings
- commitment to exceptional guest service
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Knowledge of fine dining service
- must have full familiarity with menus
- must have full knowledge of beverage offerings
- station set-up and breakdown/side-work
- to polish and clean the water glasses in assigned station before opening hours
- perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
- to have dollies' underliners ready
- to have artichoke fold napkins
- service to guests
- be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained
