Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- able to read, speak, take direction and comprehend written instructions in English
- physically able to stand up to 4 hours at a time
- able to walk, bend and lift up to 40 pounds
- must possess valid State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the allowed timeframe
- previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- previous customer service experience preferred
- basic math and reading skills
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to follow directions and learn new procedures
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- manage cash register transactions
- maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations
- assist in drive-thru service
- provide friendly and attentive customer service
- comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- support team members during busy periods
