Job Requirements
- at least 16 years old
- able to read, speak, take direction, and comprehend written instructions in English
- able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including bending, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds
- must obtain and present a State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the time required
- able to work full-time or part-time shifts
- customer service orientation
- basic math skills for handling cash registers
Job Qualifications
- at least 16 years old
- previous customer service and/or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
- able to read, speak, take direction, and comprehend written instructions in English
- capable of standing for up to 4 hours at a time
- able to bend, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds
- must present a valid State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the required timeframe
Job Duties
- take orders from guests
- manage cash registers accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room
- operate the drive-thru efficiently
- provide exemplary customer service before, during, and after orders
- assist with training and supporting new team members
- comply with health and safety regulations
