Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to obtain and present a State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the required timeframe
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Reliable and punctual
- Enthusiasm for learning and providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, speak, understand, and follow instructions in English
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Food Handler Card as mandated by State or County
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weight
Job Duties
- Greet guests and take their orders accurately
- Handle cash and operate the register efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Assist with drive-thru service and ensure quick delivery
- Provide friendly and attentive customer support before and after orders
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Participate in training sessions and apply learning to enhance performance
