Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting, bending, and standing
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts
- Must comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Experience serving food and beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting

- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs comfortably
- Willingness to stand and be active for extended periods
Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options to enhance player experience
- Take food and beverage orders quickly and accurately
- Maintain clean and organized bay areas by clearing tables and refilling drinks
- Work collaboratively with fellow playmakers to ensure excellent player service
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe environment
