- Must be 21 years or older for bartenders
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced settings
- Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Capable of performing high-quality work independently
- Proficiency in handling cash and using point-of-sale systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders promptly
- For bartenders: familiarity with drink recipes and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Good teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service, especially in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure with team members
- Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- For bartenders: prior bartending experience of 1-2 years preferred
- Familiarity with drink recipes, mixing techniques, and alcohol regulations
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus during busy times
- Team-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders with accuracy and professionalism
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu and provide recommendations
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals, promptly addressing any concerns
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Assist food preparation staff when needed
