Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to regulations
- Process payments and handle cash or electronic transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Adhere to all health and safety standards and company policies
