Job Requirements

  • At least two years of serving experience
  • flexible availability including lunches, weekends, and weekdays
  • ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • capable of moderate physical activity including bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30 lbs, and maneuvering between tables
  • commitment to responsible alcohol service
  • strong communication skills
  • mature and reliable work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • two years of serving experience required
  • SafeServe and alcohol serving certifications required or can be obtained during training
  • knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • answer customers' questions

  • take orders and process payments accurately
  • learn and know the entire menu thoroughly
  • perform side jobs before, during, and after shifts
  • work collaboratively as a team member attending to all customers' needs
