Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of food and beverage serving experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to use point-of-sale systems proficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a food and beverage server
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service including wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, hot and non-alcoholic beverages, cuisines, and pairings
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated qualities of quality, productivity, dependability, customer focus, and adaptability
  • Understanding and demonstration of Hilton's core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
