Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of food and beverage serving experience
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to use point-of-sale systems proficiently
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a food and beverage server
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service including wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, hot and non-alcoholic beverages, cuisines, and pairings
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated qualities of quality, productivity, dependability, customer focus, and adaptability
- Understanding and demonstration of Hilton's core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
