Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of experience as a cocktail or food server
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to comply with all alcohol service regulations
Strong teamwork and adaptability skills

Job Qualifications

Two years of cocktail or food server experience
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to serve alcoholic beverages safely and responsibly

Job Duties

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
