Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
strong communication skills
customer service orientation
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
basic math skills
previous experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

greet and seat guests politely and efficiently
present menus and help guests with questions or recommendations
take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally and courteously
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
