Job Duties
- greet and seat guests politely and efficiently
- present menus and help guests with questions or recommendations
- take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
- handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally and courteously
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
