Job Requirements
- Ability to work breakfast and dinner shifts
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Must comply with company policies including smoking policy
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Accept food order, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner
- Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests
- Actively bus and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
