Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Greet each guest with a friendly, respectful, and welcoming demeanor
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • Ensure orders are correct and meet guests' expectations
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and any changes
  • Answer guests' questions and make recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and tables
  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables
  • Treat all co-workers with respect
  • Follow all company cash policies, cash audits, and cash accountability when handling guest payments
  • Keep a diligent watch of the location and report any suspicious activity
  • Call 911 if there is an emergency, robbery, or theft incident
  • Maintain a professional and crisp image according to company guidelines
