Job Duties

Greet and serve guests in a friendly manner
take orders, serve food, and ensure customers have everything they need to enjoy their meals
assist with event setup, service, and breakdown
coordinate entire station and communicate with front- and back-of-house personnel to meet or exceed guest expectations
process guest orders ensuring timely and proper preparation, including carving meats, bone fish and fowl, preparing flaming dishes and desserts tableside, and presenting, opening, and pouring wine
observe guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to additional requests, and determine meal completion
ring up bills and accept payment or refer guests to cashier
stock, remove, and reset dishes and silverware between courses, clean and reset vacated tables
maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event
work collaboratively with the event team to deliver top-tier hospitality
