Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a warm and friendly disposition
- attend to guests' needs professionally and courteously
- memorize Eureka's abbreviations and ticket writing procedures and write orders accurately
- efficiently operate the point-of-sale system
- maintain thorough knowledge of all menu and bar items to respond accurately to guest inquiries
- prepare and serve beverages according to time and quality standards
- bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
