Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays

- physical ability to perform cleaning and service tasks

Job Duties
- Conduct exhibit in accordance with Gaming Commission regulations and company policies
- deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service
- perform cleaning tasks as directed
- ensure cleanliness of dining room during service
- observe guests to ensure satisfaction
- promptly respond to guest requests
- maintain proper dining experience by delivering items, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses
- demonstrate commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service
- notify management or Ethics Hotline of illegal acts or ethics violations
- perform other duties as assigned
