Job Requirements
- Must be able to continuously walk and stand
- must be able to work in both inside and outside environments
- able to sit infrequently
- able to lift constantly 0-10 pounds and frequently 11-50 pounds
- able to carry constantly 0-10 pounds and frequently 11-50 pounds
- able to push constantly 0-10 pounds and frequently 11-50 pounds
- must be able to climb stairs frequently with the opportunity to use an elevator
- must be able to bend at waist, knees, hips and spine frequently, sometimes manipulating weights of 25 pounds or more
- must be able to squat frequently to reach below the knee, possibly lifting 50 pounds or less
- must be able to twist or rotate occasionally at trunk, hips, knees and neck, manipulating weights of 25 pounds or more
- must be able to reach frequently, occasionally overhead and below waist with weights up to 25 pounds
- must have clear vision with or without corrective lenses
- must have the ability to hear telephone audible alarms
- must have strong command of English sufficient to read, write and interpret administrative information

Job Duties
- Support the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision
- take food and drink orders from residents and guest accurately and with a positive attitude
- write resident or guest food orders on order slips
- engage with residents in a friendly manner
- have knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions
- ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- perform end of shift duties in dining and kitchen
- assist food preparation staff when necessary
- attend training courses at community and maintain up to date monthly, quarterly, annual training through designated Learning Management System
- perform other duties as assigned related to the success of the community
