Job Requirements
- Must be able to continuously walk and stand
- Must be able to perform work both inside and outside

- Must be able to squat frequently and lift 50 pounds or less
- Must be able to twist or rotate occasionally manipulating weights of 25 pounds or more
- Must be able to reach frequently with occasional overhead reaching
- Must be able to read clearly with or without corrective lenses
- Must be able to hear telephone audible alarms
- Must have strong command of English sufficient to read, write and interpret administrative information
Job Qualifications
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- A positive attitude and ability to work well with cooks and other staff
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised
- Ability to deliver orders in a timely manner
Job Duties
- Supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision
- Take food and drink orders from residents and guests accurately and with a positive attitude
- Write resident or guest food orders on order slips
- Engage with residents in a friendly manner
- Knowledge of the menu with the ability to make suggestions
- Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- Perform end of shift duties in dining and kitchen
- Assist food preparation staff when necessary
- Attend training courses and maintain up to date training through the designated Learning Management System
- Other duties as assigned related to community success and resident care
