Job Requirements
- Applicant must be 18+ years old
- Experience working in high-volume food service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Commitment to guest satisfaction
- Compliance with alcohol service laws
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Availability to work scheduled evening and weekend shifts
- Successful background check
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and core values
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and energetic personality
- Ability to work in a loud, high-volume atmosphere
- Capability to work independently and within a team
- Basic PC knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic equipment such as Point-of-Sale systems
- Adaptability to learn new technology and programs
- Preferably 2+ years in high-volume, fine dining environments
- Excellent attendance and availability for evening/weekend shifts
Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests in the venue’s dining areas with a smile
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during events
- Fulfill guest food and beverage orders in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
- Re-stock work stations as necessary
- Operate Point-of-Sale system and process payments
- Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of service areas
- Adhere to Levy standards, policies, and procedures
- Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment
- Perform any other assigned duties
