Job Requirements

  • Applicant must be 18+ years old
  • Experience working in high-volume food service preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Compliance with alcohol service laws
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Availability to work scheduled evening and weekend shifts
  • Successful background check
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and core values

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly and energetic personality
  • Ability to work in a loud, high-volume atmosphere
  • Capability to work independently and within a team
  • Basic PC knowledge
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment such as Point-of-Sale systems
  • Adaptability to learn new technology and programs
  • Preferably 2+ years in high-volume, fine dining environments
  • Excellent attendance and availability for evening/weekend shifts

Job Duties

  • Greet and serve guests in the venue’s dining areas with a smile
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during events
  • Fulfill guest food and beverage orders in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
  • Re-stock work stations as necessary
  • Operate Point-of-Sale system and process payments
  • Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of service areas
  • Adhere to Levy standards, policies, and procedures
  • Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Perform any other assigned duties
