Job Requirements

Applicant must be 18+ years old
Experience working in high-volume food service preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Commitment to guest satisfaction
Compliance with alcohol service laws
Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Availability to work scheduled evening and weekend shifts
Successful background check
Willingness to adhere to company policies and core values

Job Qualifications

Friendly and energetic personality
Ability to work in a loud, high-volume atmosphere
Capability to work independently and within a team
Basic PC knowledge
Familiarity with electronic equipment such as Point-of-Sale systems
Adaptability to learn new technology and programs
Preferably 2+ years in high-volume, fine dining environments
Excellent attendance and availability for evening/weekend shifts

Job Duties

Greet and serve guests in the venue’s dining areas with a smile
Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during events
Fulfill guest food and beverage orders in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
Re-stock work stations as necessary
Operate Point-of-Sale system and process payments
Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of service areas
Adhere to Levy standards, policies, and procedures
Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment
Perform any other assigned duties
