Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Must comply with federal, state, and local alcohol service laws
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Previous experience in a high-volume food and beverage service environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Set and prepare tables for dining, including setting tables, folding napkins, polishing silverware
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
