Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must comply with federal, state, and local alcohol service laws
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Previous experience in a high-volume food and beverage service environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Positive approach to hospitality
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • Set and prepare tables for dining, including setting tables, folding napkins, polishing silverware
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
