Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age according to state regulations to serve alcohol
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant experience preferred
- ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch frequently during shifts
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- availability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
- adherence to personal grooming and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Pass all server tests
- have complete knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- serve multiple tables at a time as determined by management
- sell alcohol and food items
- use a computer to ring orders on a check
- interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
- accept different types of payment and make change
- maintain specific side-work and ensure cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
- clear and reset tables
- check identification of guests to ensure legal age for alcoholic beverages
- refuse service politely to underage guests
- observe guest behavior when serving alcohol and offer taxi if necessary
- involve manager intervention when required
- treat all guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations
- report to work in neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and hygiene
- perform opening and closing duties in a timely manner

- carry and deliver food and drinks to customers
