Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
 - minimum of 2 years experience in a similar dining server role
 - strong understanding of food and beverage menus and wine
 - excellent communication skills
 - ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
 - professional appearance and grooming
 - availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
 - ability to stand and walk for extended periods
 - capable of lifting up to 35 lbs
 - adherence to health safety and sanitation regulations
 
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in upscale high volume or fine dining service
 - strong knowledge of food wine spirits and proper service techniques
 - excellent communication multitasking and interpersonal skills
 - professional grooming and attire consistent with luxury service standards
 - ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
 - sommelier or wine certification a plus
 - familiarity with fine dining service styles such as French service and table-side preparation
 - experience with reservation and POS systems
 
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
 - present menus explain daily specials and provide detailed knowledge of food wine and beverage offerings
 - guide guests through the dining experience with personalized recommendations
 - coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
 - adhere to high service standards including table setting wine service and proper etiquette
 - maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station and dining areas
 - handle guest complaints and concerns with grace discretion and professionalism
 - process orders using POS systems handle payments accurately and follow closing procedures
 - uphold safety sanitation and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations
 - participate in team meetings training sessions and service briefings
