Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of fine dining experience
- strong knowledge of food and beverage, including wine and spirits
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- proficiency with POS systems
- ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- professional appearance and attitude

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
- guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
- take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
- deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
- monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
- collaborate with team members including bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants to ensure seamless service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
- handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
- adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
