Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of fine dining experience preferred
- Knowledgeable about food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Experienced in a fine dining environment (minimum 2+ years preferred)
- An exemplary understanding of food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Comfortable navigating an extensive wine and spirits list

- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Passion for hospitality and desire to facilitate memorable guest experiences
- Confident, engaging, and enjoys sharing knowledge of food and beverage with others
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
- Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
- Collaborate with team members (bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants) to ensure seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
- Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
