Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage service
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • team player with a positive attitude
  • legal work authorization in the United States

  • fluent in English both verbal and written
  • previous experience in a similar environment with solid knowledge of food and beverage including local and/or Asian cuisines
  • experienced in communication and computer skills
  • attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • offer guests an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons service standards
  • serve guests in a warm, accommodating, and professional way ensuring guest satisfaction
  • communicate with guests to anticipate needs including menu and table requests
  • recommend menu items based on guest needs and menu knowledge
  • work efficiently with staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
