Job Requirements
- high school education is required
- minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant or customer service industry preferred
- must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 5 hours
- must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
- weekend availability is a must
Job Qualifications
- high school education is required
- hospitality or other relevant degrees are a plus
- minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant or customer service industry preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to provide friendly and attentive customer service
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- ensure a good guest experience by presenting drink menu, making recommendations, and answering questions regarding food and beverages
- take orders and promptly serve food and drink
- check in with guests regarding their experience and up-sell whenever possible
- record drink or food orders accurately and immediately into POS
- accept and process guest payments and make correct change
- efficiently maintain guests' tables throughout the meal including clearing chopstick wrappers, dirty napkins, glasses, dishes, and silverware
