Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant serving preferred
- basic English language proficiency required
- excellent customer service aptitude
- basic computer literacy
- ability to work full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift trays up to 45 pounds repetitively

Job Duties
- Have thorough knowledge of food terminology, food service techniques, and sanitation standards
- possess basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages
- stand, walk, stoop, bend and lift trays weighing up to 45 pounds repetitively during entire shift
- provide upsell opportunities to guests to enhance the dining experience and increase overall check average
- record all aspects of guests' order accurately and enter guest orders into POS system
- perform other duties as assigned
