Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- willingness to work required schedule from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm Sunday through Thursday plus holidays
- food Handler's Certification within 30 days
- Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 days of hire
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- ability to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- readiness to work in multiple dining venues as needed
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- barista experience is a plus
- experience in dietary services or nutrition is a plus
- food Handler's Certification obtained within 30 days
- Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card obtained within 30 days of hire
- ability to work scheduled hours Sunday through Thursday plus holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Serve residents and guests with care and enthusiasm
- keep the cafe clean, stocked, and welcoming
- make every interaction a memorable one
- support multiple dining venues as needed
- work as a Diet Aide in Health Care Center when required
- maintain health and safety standards
- adhere to the community's service values
